Having a spiritual awakening can be a difficult and tumultuous experience. As you discard your old core belief system and adopt an entirely new set of beliefs, friends and family rarely understand what you’re going through. It can be lonely, difficult, and for some, depressing. I provide counseling services that can help you navigate through these challenging times. Some typical signs of a spiritual awakening are:

Questioning old beliefs
Feeling lost and unfulfilled
Change in life perspectives
Shift in priorities and values
Loss of faith in religion
Change in lifestyle and/or career
Change in friendships
Feelings of loneliness
Heightened sensitivity to negative people and situations
